WE are pleased to be partnered with organisations who work to transform the lives of others in Bristol, the UK, and around the world. We work with our mission partners by means of volunteers, prayer, lobbying and financial support.

Community of the Sisters of the Church
THE Sisters provide pastoral care in the local community, with food parcels, support for struggling families, all in the context of a community of faith and prayer. Please consider the Annual Easter Egg Appeal and give an Easter Egg for a family who might otherwise not be able to afford them for their children. Please bring to St Stephens Church a couple of weeks before Easter, at the latest. We will get your donations to The Sisters in time to distribute by Easter Day. Thank you! Additionally appeals are made at Harvest Time and also at Christmas time. Emmaus Bristol WE believe that people who are homeless and socially excluded have something to offer. We encourage people to use their skills to change themselves – and change the world. We know that overcoming homelessness often means more than a roof over your head. That’s why we support people to work their way out of homelessness, providing meaningful work as well as a stable home for as long as someone needs it. We also encourage the people we support to look outside of themselves and work in or with projects to help others in the neighbourhood, and much further afield. Find out more about our work: www.emmausbristol.org.uk Harvest for the Hungry HARVEST for the Hungry is a project run by Transform Europe Network (TEN), a UK-based Christian charity. While the name suggests a UK focus, the charity's primary work is in Eastern Europe and the Balkans, where it supports local Christian partners in providing food to vulnerable communities. The initiative has been active for over thirty years, initially relying on physical food boxes sent from the UK. Today, it operates through financial donations from UK churches and individuals, which TEN uses to fund local food purchases in partner countries. This approach supports local economies, ensures culturally appropriate food supplies, and enables the delivery of food parcels, soup kitchens, and other vital aid. One25 THE One25 charity was set up in 1995 to support women trapped in or vulnerable to street sex work, helping them to build new lives free from addiction, poverty and violence. It originated as a result of concern from local agencies and churches about the health and well-being of female street sex workers in Bristol. website: one25.org.u |
