Baptism Enquiries

BAPTISM AT ST STEPHENS:
THERE is a wide choice of baptismal services at St Stephens: during the ‘No Limits!’ Service (at 11am) or at another time on Sundays.

Parents of children to be baptised are expected to attend three evening Preparation sessions, and encouraged to attend our ‘No Limits!’ service in Church.

Courses run every few months at St Stephens, with a warm invitation to Godparents to attend as support to the parents.  Adult Baptisms are welcomed and can also be arranged.

Or visit church on a Tuesday between 10am and noon to see Emma for an informal discussion.
NB: the Baptism date will be arranged during the third preparation session.

WE ARE always glad to welcome new families into our church life and delighted that you are thinking about having your baby or child Baptised.

Baptism is a very special event in a person’s life at whatever age, it is the moment when the Living God claims us as His own, and promises to stay with us through life’s ups and downs.
